Every other iPhone revision is unlocked with a WildcardTicket which permits every MNC/MCC/ICCID combination. This WildcardTicket is a combination of the NCK, key from Apple, which is 5 digits long, your ChipID, 8 digits long, and NorID, 12 digits long.
