palera1n is a jailbreak for iOS/iPadOS 15 and later on all devices vulnerable to the checkm8 Exploit.
Compatibility
palera1n supports iOS/iPadOS 15.0 and later. It can jailbreak semi-tethered with tweak injection on 15.0-15.3.1. On 15.4 and later, it can jailbreak semi-tethered without tweaks, tethered with tweaks, or semi-tethered with tweaks (this last option uses 5-10 GB of storage).
On A10(X) and A11 devices, the passcode must be disabled while in the jailbroken state, and on A10(X) and A11 devices running iOS/iPadOS 16 and later, you can't jailbreak if you've ever set a passcode, which requires a reset to factory settings to fix.[note 1]
- ^ Version 2.0.0 fixes these issues for A10(X) devices.
