The term "boot logo" may refer to one of these things:
- AppleLogo, the first thing displayed on the screen of an iDevice booting from NAND (NOR on older devices).
- A "soft" custom boot logo can be used with a program such as animate.
- The Apple logo displayed above a progress bar is not the same as the one seen when booting up.
