| + | :Um....no. We don't know the full extent of why it is the way it is and Apple could change this version at any time, and then we'd have to add it all back. Besides, 9.0 is only used as a prerequisite for the 1.0 and 1.0.1. Drop "Purported Version?"
Because its OS version started at 8.2, the first generation of Apple Watch specifies a fake OS version of 9.0, and uses a marketing version that is (considered) its actual version. I would like to drop the "purported version" and keep only the marketing version from watchOS 2.0 onward. - Um....no. We don't know the full extent of why it is the way it is and Apple could change this version at any time, and then we'd have to add it all back.
