ATCommand is a baseband Apple Internal tool, usually seen on SwitchBoard.app. It's a joke, because A. the software that communicates to send SMS is called ATCommander, and B. the icon is a AT-AT walker from Star Wars (hence the ATCommander(er).) You can send pre-written commands be choosing one of the long list of commands on the sidebar. You can also send your own with the keyboard. The only way to quit this application is by hard resetting your device.
