The Apple A6X chip is a new and improved chip that is located in the iPad (4th generation). The A6X is an upgraded A6.
Hardware
The A6X is produced by Samsung with their 32 nm process. The die measures 10.4 mm × 11.9 mm for an area of 123.76 mm².
