Unpack Original/Custom IPSW
Decrypt Restore Ramdisk using xpwntool and mount it
Navigate to /usr/local/share/restore
Edit options.plist on the restore ramdisk

Repack the IPSW
Restore IPSW to iTunes after preparing device for custom firmware.
