It's 2.0 on a 3G iPhone. But 2.0 3G is the same as 2.0 M68AP so it doesn't matter.

Should the 1st gen iPhone really be named iPhone 2G? Edge technology is normally referred to as 2.5G anyway. And after all, technically the 3G enabled iPhone is the chronological "iPhone 2G" isn't it. Was just thinking it might cause some confusion in the future.
