Summary
The iPhone 5 Screening Tool is an internal app used for hardware quality testing of iPhones. According to official documentation it should only be used for the iPhone 5 Sleep/Wake Button Replacement Program. The Screening Tool is used to record the cosmetic and functional condition of the iPhone prior to repair. iOS 7.1 or later is required for the Screening Tool.
