The Apple Watch Series 2 was first introduced at Apple's "See you on the 7th" keynote on 7 September 2016. The Apple Watch Edition Series 2 is no longer made of gold; it has a ceramic case. Internally, the Apple Watch Series 2 is referred to as N74AP (Watch2,3 - 38mm) or N75AP (Watch2,4 - 42mm).
The Apple Watch Series 2 includes a GPS module and improved water resistance, being able to endure water depths of up to 50 meters.
Application Processor
The Apple Watch Series 2 uses the T8002 (S2) Processor.
