Summary
This is where all of the main iPhone / toolchain applications are stored. If you installed Cydia, that is, you should have a symlink to this folder like:
/Applications --> /var/stash/Applications.*****
NOTE: In the title, the *s represent randomly generated characters that are generated when the folder is created and symlinked
