Speed is an app that is present on all newer InternalUI builds. It is used to run various speed tests on a device's network. Speed is the successor to DragRace, sporting a complete design overhaul and new app icon. Interestingly enough, the app is still referred to as 'DragRaceiOS' in the filesystem, the same name used by its predecessor DragRace. Although Speed has a completely new look and feel compared to DragRace, the features available within the app remain relatively the same, aside from several improvements in the way that data and metrics are collected. Just like DragRace, there is an option to specify both a Download Size and an Upload Size. There is also an option that allows you to select a specific protocol (HTTP and HTTPS). You can also export history of previous tests, as well as modify your Privacy Consent, which allows you to control whether data is sent to Core Analytics. Speed relies on certain frameworks that do not exist on production builds of iOS, meaning that it will not work if you try to install it on a production build.
