Summary
Paint is an InternalUI app which is used to test the basic functionality of the markup feature used in the Photos app. It has an interface which is very similar to that of the Canvas app, but lacks all of the options and settings that Canvas has, and has significantly worse drawing functionality, as it's not as sensitive to touch.
