This is the CDMA variant of iPhone 4. It is very similar to its GSM counterpart. It contains a GOBI GSM/CDMA chip, but has no SIM slot (in favor of CDMA), and a redesigned antenna.

It still uses the Apple A4 CPU found in the GSM version.
