The single-chip GPS receiver used in the iPhone 4 and 3G-equipped iPad. [1] It is manufactured by Broadcom.
Details
Uses Long Term Orbits (LTO) Technology for fast location fixing. Update LTO files are downloaded from http://iphone-wu.apple.com/7day/v2/latest/lto2.dat (weekly).
