Summary
Demo.mov is a file exposed in the Apple Store internal firmwares and it is opened from the application DemoApp.app instead of locking the device if the Auto-Lock is set up.
How to
Turn off Auto-lock if you don't want it to run whenever your phone falls asleep. Put a .mov file in /private/var/mobile/Demo.mov. If you want to run it on demand: Go to /Applications/DemoApp.app/Info.plist. Remove the hidden option from SBAppTags.
