Introduction
EAITracker is an internal application for monitoring EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) event channels. Administrators can perform corrective actions to a channel if required. The application was used by the Production Support Team, Project Support Team, Application Team, and service managers.
Usage
Once signed in, the user is presented a list of applications they are authorized to view and make changes to. Once an application is selected, available EAI event channels are shown with indicators to reflect channel health:
- Green: The channel is operating normally.
- Amber: The channel is slow to respond, action may be required.
- Red: The channel is not operational. Action is required to resume operation.
- Grey: The channel status is unavailable.
When the user selects a channel, they are presented with a list of events for that channel along with status, backlog time, and publication/subscription date.
