The iPhone Wiki:Community portal

This is the place to post tasks that need to be done on the wiki. Also this is the place for proposed changes. I heard about people wanting a favicon and arranging the main page into categories.

A [favicon] for theiphonewiki would be nice (from http://www.favicon.cc/?action=icon&file_id=760 ).

Cleanup

Geohot, is there any chance you can sysop me for a little while? This place is starting to...uh...get riddled with peoples n00b tutorial videos, epeat information, and more...i think a small revamp is in order...what do you think? if you know how to delete pages without being a sysop please let me know :)

Delete is not a good option. To unlink a page is absolutely sufficient (<What links here> returning 'no links') . This makes it disappear in the wiki structure, but allows to grab some content later on. -caique2001-

If you look at "All Pages" then you will see what I mean. There are some pages that we just don't need. Trust me.

Cleanup II

These pages appeared (until now :-) ) in the orphaned pages section, but contain - IMHO - quite usable information:

• AppStore.app
• Fonts
• ITunes_Modes
• Remote.app
• Software_Update_Service

Nothing at all. In fact, I made all of those pages, except for the Fonts page :)

I just never really linked them via other pages :P

The main page's page title is 'Main Page', this is ugly. Can only be fixed by admins.

There are missing links in the page bottom:
