Summary
MyMessage is used by Apple to communicate with field sales leaders throughout the world. Apple sends messages and surveys to introduce key initiatives, describe new product launch details, gather storefront feedback, and much more. Inside MyMessage, there is a very clean and simple UI consisting of only two tabs; 'Messages' and 'Surveys'. Both tabs include an option to filter messages and surveys by categories. These categories include 'Channel Compliance', 'Sanctions Compliance', 'Merchandising', 'Training', and many more. There is also a very simple Settings page which can be accessed via a gear button in the upper-left corner of the app. The Settings page includes the option to view previously downloaded responses to messages and surveys. MyMessage also includes a web component which can be accessed via Safari. This web component is located at mymessage.apple.com. In order to sign in to MyMessage, a SEED account is required at the very least, but an AppleConnect account will also work.
