WTF URL's

There are some WTF IPSW URL's in the Apple Firmware XML file. What are those? --Balloonhead66 17:11, 12 July 2011 (UTC)

"WTF" is part of the restore process. I believe it's like a software implementation of DFU, so it can be used to "patch" bugs in DFU (to an extent; remember that DFU can't be changed once the device leaves Foxconn's doors). In fact, as I recall Apple did use WTF to try and cover up/block Pwnage 2.0. --Dialexio 17:28, 12 July 2011 (UTC)

It appears to only affect when placing external links. This may be a bug in recaptcha. Any thoughts? --Balloonhead66 20:04, 15 July 2011 (UTC)
