Summary

Apple Watch Update Utility is an Apple internal application, meant for use in Apple Stores or other Apple Authorized Service Providers. It runs on macOS, but requires a store login to use.

The app was created by Apple to update demo Apple Watches in the stores, and write a demo profile (such as an iOS profile that installs an app) that presents the interface shown when you see a watch in the stores. The only known version is 2.0.1.
