Flytrap is an AppleInternal tool for bug tracking. It´s like Radar, but not so enhanced. You can use it also for reading crash-reports and s.o.

Flytrap is included in internal firmwares, an external download is not possible. Flytrap is optimized for iPhone and iPad.
