SemiRestore is a tool for OS X, Windows and SSH which allows you to wipe your device to factory but keep the jailbreak but does not update your iOS version. This installs OpenSSH by default. SemiRestore also allows you to re-install Cydia. This tool does not require you to have SHSH blobs saved.
