axi0mX is known for the discovery of alloc8, a bootrom exploit for the iPhone 3GS, and checkm8, a bootrom exploit for A5-A11 devices.

He also created ipwndfu, a jailbreak tool that utilises the alloc8 and checkm8 exploits.
