Boot arguments

The boot arguments often refer to pmd= and vmd= arguments and were used in the Ramdisk Hack to boot a custom firmware, circumventing the signature check.

Below 2.0, one could set the "-v" argument for a verbose bootup, which now requires a patched iBoot.
