This is an upcoming Apple product, which was referenced in Commcenter in 4.0 and also in the root directory of the 4.1 beta 1 IPSW for iPhone 4. (kernelcache.release.n81)
It is likely to be the fourth generation iPod touch.
Although this is not really a rumor site, there is good evidence to suggest the upcoming iPod touch will include a front facing camera because of references to email account based facetime in 4.1 betas and a parts leak showing a camera hole. [1]
