installd

installd is a daemon that handles installation of App Store apps. By replacing installd with a modified version iOS will allow unsigned applications to run. On iPhone OS 2.2.1, this was achived by the mobile installation tweak. In iPhone OS 3.1.x and above, this is done by appsync.
