This build is likely based on an internal build of iOS 6.0.
Notes
Interestingly, some obtained copies contain files with metadata dating from September 2012 to March 2014. Unlike some other builds, APT is not present (or a /bin directory). This build contains Haywire firmwares for B137 (Lightning Digital AV Adapter) and B165 (Lightning to VGA Adapter).
