Background
This SwitchBoard build is slightly bigger than Monarch 13A93420m, and is once again an internal version of 9.0 for the iPhone 5s, 6, and 6s.
Applications
This firmware seems to have the exact same applications as Monarch 13A93420m, therefore this build is mostly likely focused on bug fixes and minor GUI tweaks.
