Background
The following firmware was originally found on an iPad mini 4 (iPad5,2 model) prototype. Based off of an internal version of iOS 9.0, it seems to be a later build of Monarch 13A22120w, with the same applications.
Applications
Like Monarch 13A22120w, this firmware features two versions of Reliability as well as a redesigned Operator. After booting into this firmware, the following applications are available on SwitchBoard.app:
