Background
This is an internal build of iOS 9.0, originally discovered on an iPhone 6 PVT, which runs SwitchBoard. A dump of its filesystem weighs in at around 4.5 gigabytes.
Many apps are broken on this build and opening them results in a respring loop. Some of the apps affected include MMI and Reliability. This could be due to a bug in the software, the apps conflicting with each-other, incorrect permissions, missing files, or something else.
Applications
Interestingly, this build contains Fruity Reliability in addition to its normal counterpart. Operator also seems to have a redesign as well.
